Description: ShortLink is a tool which allow you to transform long and unhandy links like:

to a compact ShortLink like:

http://phpmanufaktur.de/sl.php?sl=2

ShortLink can also create DownloadLinks. Just upload the file you want to link. The tool stores the file in a own directory and with an obfuscated filename to prevent unwished downloads by the origin filename.
