Description: Addons may have special requirements, i.e. PHP 5.2.1 or they need an installed extension like gd, need a PEAR module or they are depending on the abilities of other modules a.s.o..

For this reason it will be usefull to check the requirements of an addon before installation with the target to prompt the user for missing system configurations and to avoid unattractive error messages...
