No doubt, one of the best counters in the net.
Easy to handle, easy to install and easy to style: chcounter
The developer's page is only in German but the counter itself is multilingual (see this post at the wb-forum). The counter is free but you have to place a link to the counter's site (see developers site for details).

For the CHCounter is no longer maintained there is a fork called ExpCounter by the guy who fixed the bug in the CHCounter.
He is now developing the counter under this new name ExpCounter.
The ExpCounter is available as a stand-alone counter or as a module for Website Baker.
